Refund policy

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Minor print placement variations

  • Normal production variations (color tone may vary slightly from screen)

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Incorrect product received

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Clear photo of the item and packaging

If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.


Lost or Delivery Issues

If tracking shows delivered, we cannot replace the order.
Please contact your local carrier first.

If the item is lost in transit (not delivered), contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with our production partner to resolve it.


Address Errors

Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.

Reshipping is available at the customer’s expense.


Processing Time

All items are produced after purchase. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
